My beloved friend and sis Lee Ann Bales Robinson graduated to heaven December 3, 2013. Though we graduated from the same class in high school, we didn't get to know each other until 20 years later. I'll never forget our serendipitous connection on Congress Avenue during a bustling lunch hour...she ushered me into the conference room of the law firm where she was working at the time. We both put the world on hold as if we had been 'joined at the hip' forever, while our hearts and life experiences connected with tears and laughter. Lee Lee, I will always love you. I miss your spunk, whimsical sense of humor, your generosity, and your compassion for the afflicted.
