MR. DANNY BLAKE PILLAR, 51, died Sunday, September 17, 2006 at Boerne, Texas. He was born December 15, 1954 in San Antonio, Texas to Albert Ross Pillar, Jr. (d.) and Janet Reagon Pillar Thompson. He graduated from MacArthur High School in San Antonio, Texas. He worked for approximately 26 years with the HEB Company in their Facilities Maintenance Department. He was a member of St. Peter"s Catholic Church in Boerne, Texas. Danny will always be remembered for his Love And Devotion To His Family and Friends, His Love Of Fishing And The Gulf Coast, Scuba Diving In Our Many Great Oceans All Over The World, Gardening Or Just A Relaxing Evening At Home Watching One Of His Favorite "Clint Eastwood" Movies.He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Margaret (Peggy) Sitka Pillar, his mother, Janet (Reagan) Thompson and stepfather Carl Thompson of Canyon Lake, Texas, one daughter, Brandy D. Pillar of Bloomington, Minnesota, one son, Matthew Ross Pillar of Boerne, Texas, one brother, David Ross Pillar of Nevada and one sister, Cindy Willis, San Antonio, Texas.He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Rose Sitka, Bangkok, Thailand; father-in-law, John Sitka, Jr., Rosharon; Texas. Brother and Sisters-In-Law include the following: John Sitka, III, Norfolk, Virginia; Kathy Sitka Chopra and husband, Dr. Schailendra Chopra, Lexington, Kentucky; Ruth Sitka Click, Bangkok, Thailand; Michael Sitka and wife, Lubbock, Texas; Robert Booth Sitka, Rosharon, Texas; Penny Sitka, Amarillo, Texas; Mark Sitka and wife Shawna Sitka, Lufkin, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
